Yin-yang yoga classes – Every Tuesday and Thursday at 18:00-19:30-  in Valgus Stuudio, Saku 15, Tallinn.

Yin yoga – Every Sunday at 19:00 – 20:30 –  in Täheruum, Paldiksi mnt 19, Keila town.

I give open classes in Tallinn. They are in general in Estonian, but I have some students who are not native speakers. Occasionally I also translate the class. If you are interested to join, you are more than welcome.

My classes are yin-yang yoga, which means the first half is vinyasa (physical) and second half is yin (passive). Therefore you get good workout for your body (vinyasa) and also possibility to calm down your mind and look inside (yin yoga). The classes are suitable for beginners and intermediate students, they are easy to follow and I give quite a bit of option for resting as well.

Yin yoga is passive yoga style where the poses are held 3-5 minutes. You can go deep and let yourself relax, look inside and meditate.

Contribution:

single class – € 10

6 times – € 45 (2 months)

montly pack – € 40 (2 classes a week)

If you are interested in private classes for yourself or for your company, contact me directly. I teach ashtanga, vinyasa, hatha and yin classes. The class can be made for beginners or intermediate.
